General
What properties do you work with?
We support apartment communities, property managers, homeowners, realtors, and contractors throughout the Denver metro area. Tell us the location and scope so we can confirm coverage.
Can you handle several units?
Yes. You can request a batch of units or recurring turnover support. We review unit access, sequencing, scope, and crew availability before confirming a schedule.
How do I get a price?
Build a project request with the services, unit count, location, and timing — the project planner makes this quick. The R&J team reviews the scope and provides a written quote. Additional preparation and changes are scoped separately.
Do you offer every type of remodeling?
We focus on turnovers, painting, drywall, cleaning, carpet care, and repair support. Larger projects and work that requires specialist trades are reviewed individually; availability and requirements are confirmed before acceptance.
Do you speak Spanish?
Yes. We work in English and Spanish with property teams, owners, and residents. This whole site is available in both — use the EN/ES switch at the top.
Where do you work?
Across the Denver metro area. Send your address with your request and we’ll confirm coverage.
Quotes & scope
Are the tools’ results a quote?
No. The concierge, planner, timeline, and color studio help you organize a request. Pricing, scope, and scheduling are confirmed by the R&J team in writing.
What if the scope changes once work starts?
Hidden damage happens. If we find something outside the agreed scope, we tell you and quote it before doing it.
Should I send photos?
Please do. Photos of walls, floors, and problem areas help us scope accurately — sometimes without an extra visit. The quote form and project planner accept up to 4 photos.
Who supplies paint and materials?
Tell us if your property has standard products or supplies its own. Otherwise, your written quote spells out what’s included — ask us to itemize anything you want broken out.
Scheduling & turns
How far ahead should I reach out?
As soon as you know the move-out date. The earlier we see the unit and your move-in target, the easier it is to hold the schedule. The turn timeline tool shows how a window fits.
Can you handle recurring turns?
Yes — that’s what the property partner form is for. Tell us about your communities and monthly volume and we’ll talk through a recurring arrangement.
How do you get into units?
However your property prefers: lockbox, key pickup, or an on-site contact. We confirm access before scheduling.
Services
Do you do exterior painting?
Yes — exterior doors, railings, and surfaces are reviewed on site so we can confirm access, prep, and weather timing.
Can you match my existing wall texture?
Texture matching (orange peel, knockdown, smooth) is part of our drywall service. We confirm the texture on site.
Do you do electrical or plumbing?
Work that requires licensed specialty trades is reviewed individually or referred out. We handle cover plates, basic hardware, and punch-list items.
